How to Integrate AR Experiences to PrestaShop Using Aryel’s PrestaShop Plugin?

Aryel is a powerful tool that allows you to enhance your customers' shopping experience by integrating immersive augmented reality experiences into your product pages.

This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of enabling the Aryel module, assigning experiences to products, adding blocks to your theme, setting up the blocks and managing them efficiently.

Step 1: Accessing PrestaShop Admin Panel and Installing Aryel Module

To install PrestaShop, you must download the module from your dashboard at https://admin.aryel.io/. The module is downloaded as a .zip file and must be loaded into PrestaShop from the Module Manager section.

From the Module Manager page, use the relevant button to upload the .zip file, select it and click on configure.

Step 2: Get your Aryel API Key and Authorize your PrestaShop Connection

If you've got an Enterprise plan and have activated your API key, you can find your API key at any time by accessing your account page.

You're going to need it to connect Aryel with your PrestaShop. From the settings page, paste it in the relevant field and save changes to proceed to the next steps.

Step 3: Assign a Campaign to a Product

To showcase the 3D preview on your product pages, you must link Aryel experiences to their corresponding products.

Navigate to the campaigns page from the button or from the side menu.

On the campaigns page click on 'Add new campaign' to add a campaign in the list and move to the next step.

Select the product for which you want to add the AR campaign and enter the campaign ID. The plugin is valid for both Product Visualization and Virtual Try On campaign types.

Step 4: Setup your Blocks

Utilize the customization section to edit the appearance of the blocks you choose to enable:

• product gallery

• additional tab - to add an extra tab to the product page

• product thumbnail - to customize thumbnail in the products list page

• view in AR button

The AR Embed block also allows you to modify the viewer's dimensions, spinning loader colors, gestures, auto-rotation of the 3D model and the initial position of the product using scale, position and rotation parameters.

Step 5: Hide Blocks

If necessary, you can hide or show blocks by using the enable action at the top of the block section. Using the toggle, you will deactivate or activate blocks on your page as needed.

Step 6: Preview and Delete Campaigns

From the campaigns section, you have the flexibility to manage your campaigns effectively. You can see the preview by clicking on the eye icon or delete the campaign from the same dropdown.
