How Can I Unpublish a Campaign?

If you need to unpublish a campaign, the best way to do so is by archiving it.

How to Archive a Campaign

• Go to the list of your campaigns.

• Click the three dots (•••) next to the campaign you want to unpublish.

• Select Archive from the dropdown menu.

Alternatively, open the campaign itself and click the Archive button from the campaign view.

⚠️ Once archived, the campaign will no longer be accessible via its original URL or QR code.

🔄 Can I Republish It Later?

Yes, but archived campaigns cannot be reactivated directly. You have two options:

Option 1: Duplicate the Archived Campaign

• This creates a copy in your Draft section.

• You can edit and publish it again like any new campaign.

• The duplicated campaign will have a new report, URL, and QR code.

Option 2: Contact Aryel Support

• Prefer to keep the original campaign and report?

• Contact our Support team and share the names of the campaigns you’d like to reactivate.

• We’ll restore them to Published status with the same report and data.
