What Is the Multi Tracking Feature in Campaigns Triggered by Images and How to Enable It?

On campaigns triggered by images, you can unlock the multi-tracking feature in the Settings tab.

This allows users to scan more triggers in the same experience simultaneously. At the moment users can scan up to 3 triggers at the same time to see related Web-AR content simultaneously.

How to enable a multi-tracking feature in campaigns that are triggered by images?

1. Edit an existing campaign or create a new one on the Aryel dashboard

2. Click on settings

3. Select Multi-Tracking

4. Enable it and click on Save

5. Go back to the editor

Now there are two options:

1. You can add many trigger images in the same scene, and when scanned they will all simultaneously show the same content (up to 3 at the same time).

2. You can create more scenes, one for every Image trigger you need; when scanned they will show all the related WebAR content simultaneously (up to 3 at the same time).

Please notice:

• if it's a random campaign you can create more scenes, one for every content you want to display, and assign one or more triggers to each scene.

• if it's a sequential campaign you can create more scenes, one for every "step" of the storytelling, and assign one or more triggers to each scene
