You can select multiple assets in your scene either from the working area or the assets list in the right-side panel.

From the Working Area

To select multiple assets in the scene, hold down the Shift key and click on each asset you want to select.

When multiple assets are selected:

  • A single bounding box will appear, encompassing the entire area of the selected assets.

  • A single gizmo will be placed at the center of the bounding box, serving as the pivot point for any actions.

The controls widget will always display the actions available for the gizmo. Users can change the gizmo's state by selecting one of the following actions:

  • Position (selected by default)

  • Rotation

  • Scale

For Web 360, if any of the selected assets has the 'look at user' option enabled, the rotation action will be disabled.

To exit multiple selection mode, users can either:

  • Press the 'Esc' key to completely remove the selection.

  • Click on a single asset without pressing any key to select just that asset.

To remove an individual asset from the selection, hold down the Shift key and click on the asset again.

For the Assets List

  • You can add or remove an asset from the selection by using Ctrl (Windows) or Cmd (Mac) + click on the dragging handler area of the desired assets.

  • Using the Shift key + click on the first and last item in the list will select the entire range of assets in between.

  • Blocked and hidden assets cannot be selected; any attempts will be ignored.

  • The panel will remain in the assets' list view, allowing you to change scale, rotation or position from the working area.

To exit multiple selection mode, press the 'Esc' key to completely remove the selection.

To remove an asset from the selection, click it again while holding the Ctrl (Windows) or Cmd (Mac) key.
