How Can I Manage Multiple Users?

With Aryel, it's possible to invite multiple users to your profile. Let's see how to do it.

First, you need to log in to your profile and click on your username in the upper right corner. Then, select "users" from the dropdown menu that will appear as a result.

Now, click on "Invite a user".

Once inside the "Invite a user" section, you can invite users based on what they will be allowed to do within the platform.

First and foremost, you need to enter the email associated with the account you're inviting.

At this point, you can specify the type of user:

Astronaut - Can only access reports.

Spacewalker - Has access to reports and can create, edit campaigns, or use templates but cannot publish them.

Flight Engineer - Has complete access to the platform except for billing, domains, add-ons, and user management.

First Officer - Has full access to the platform.

Finally, you can send a message by typing it in the box below and clicking the "Send invite" button to send the invitation.

Attention! You can log in with multiple users to the same account, but you cannot edit the same campaign simultaneously, as there is a risk that the changes made may not be saved.
