Release Notes June 2025
30/06/2025
We’ve made an important update this month to give you more visibility on key performance metrics and make it easier to track results directly from your Ads Manager—whether you’re running campaigns based on CPR, CPC, or other KPIs.
You’ll now also find a dedicated Media Plan section available for campaigns in Full Activation – Direct, offering a detailed view of your campaign setup, objectives, and added value elements.
New Key Metrics 📊
If a campaign is based on key metrics like clicks or readings, you’ll see the number of booked clicks or readings directly in the campaign list, as the layout adapts to the type of key metric used.
Diving into the campaign details page, the KPI section dynamically adapts based on the selected key metric.
For campaigns optimized to Cost per Reading (CPR), you’ll be able to track:
Total Readings
Total Clicks
If you’re running a Cost per Click (CPC) campaign instead, the section will display:
Total Clicks
In both cases, the bar allowing to monitor the progress, will be placed in the block of the key metric, making it easier to track the campaign pacing.
The above mentioned metrics are available at every level:
Campaign
Flight
Creative
Individual tag
This gives you clearer insights and helps you stay in control of performance giving prominence and centrality to your campaign’s key metric.
Media Plans 📁
The Media Plan page provides a clear, structured view of all media plan proposals, organized by advertisers and their respective campaigns. You can access this section from the left-side menu, making it easy to monitor and manage your proposals.
Each folder represents an advertiser and includes media plan proposals splitted into several campaigns, when the plan requires so. For each proposed campaign, you can find different status types:
In Approval (Orange) – Proposals currently awaiting approval
Approved (Green) – Proposals ready to be executed
Rejected (Red) – Proposals that need revisions
You can quickly see the number of proposals in each status at a glance. To explore the details for a specific advertiser, Simply click on the folder to open a dedicated section where you can manage media activations and oversee the approval process.
This page provides a complete overview of all media plans associated with a specific advertiser. Each proposal is organized in its own section and can include several campaigns.
Clicking on a campaign card opens additional campaign details. The layout is built for clarity, making it easy to navigate and efficiently monitor all media activations.
This section provides an in-depth look at each campaign proposal, showing its main goals, budget, and metrics.
At the top, you’ll find the campaign name, approval status, and key figures like dates, total impressions, allocated budget, and added value. On the top-left side, there’s also a dropdown menu that allows you to switch between different media plan proposals with ease.
The Added Value includes extra services—like discounted CPM or bonus impressions—offered at no extra cost.
Scrolling down, you’ll explore:
Service Settings – Detailed info on services like Custom Services, Brand Lift Studies, and Creative Costs.
Flights Settings – A breakdown of each ad flight including country, budget, impressions, and discounted CPM.
Below, you’ll find flight-specific information based on the flight selected from the dropdown menu, under the Flights Settings section:
Info Section – Flight objectives and key performance indicators (CTR, Engagement Rate).
Economics Section – A financial summary, highlighting budget shares and cost efficiency.
Target and Audience – Insight into targeting strategy, delivery country, and site list. Clicking "Expand" reveals all sites with a copy button for URLs.
Added Value Section – A full recap of extra benefits in terms of budget and impressions.
With these updates, Ads Manager becomes even more powerful —giving you the tools to monitor performance, manage proposals, and optimize your media strategy all in one place. 🚀
