Who to Contact When You Have a New Brief For a New Ad
You can submit your creative brief directly from the Ads Manager. Simply head to your dashboard and click the “Start a new brief” button located in the bottom-right corner. This will open a guided, step-by-step form designed to collect all the essential details needed to support your campaign effectively.
Information to Include
Please be prepared to provide the following information:
Your Company Name
Your Email Address
Campaign Name
Advertiser
Industry – A dropdown menu is available with all the industries we commonly work with
Indicate whether you’re requesting a direct start of creative production or a mockup for client approval
Brief – Including any relevant notes or required 3D/AR formats
Campaign Goal – A dropdown menu is available with the following options: Awareness, Consideration, Interaction, Intention, Conversion
KPI Objectives – You can choose from Viewability, In-View Time, Click-Through Rate, Engagement Rate, or Completion Rate. Once selected, please specify the threshold for the chosen metric.
Forecast Impressions – Indicate the number of impressions you’d like to reserve
Distribution Countries – You can enter one or more using the standard country code format (e.g. IT, DE, etc.)
Banner Sizes – A dropdown menu is available with all our supported sizes. If you need a size that isn't listed, you can select the 'Other' option and specify your requested dimensions.
Environment – Select whether the experience will run on mobile, desktop, or app
Flight Duration – including start and end dates
General Asset List – You can upload or link useful assets such as brand guidelines, logos, color codes, layered files, 3D elements, and visuals. Including a reference link from the Ad Gallery is also encouraged for creative alignment.
Tracking sheets – Including any relevant website URLs and third-party tracking tools you plan to use.
By providing these details, you help us tailor the campaign to your objectives, streamline production, and ensure smooth execution from day one.
