Ad tags play a critical role in the distribution and tracking of digital advertisements. They serve as a bridge between your ad content and the platforms where they are displayed, ensuring that campaigns are deployed and measured effectively. Whether you're managing multiple campaigns or focusing on a single flight, knowing how to access and download ad tags in your Ads Manager account is essential. This article provides a comprehensive guide on where to find ad tags and the methods for downloading them.

After selecting the advertiser, from the campaigns list identify the campaign of your interest, and you can click on the “Ad Tags” button. This action will allow you to download a .txt file containing all the ad tags associated with the flights under that campaign. This method is especially useful if you need to manage or distribute all flight tags at once.

If you only need ad tags associated to a specific flight, there are two straightforward methods to access and download it:

  1. From the Campaign List:

    • Navigate to the desired flight under the campaign.

    • Click the “Download Ad Tag” button in the flight field. This will download the tag directly to your system in a .txt format.

  1. From the Flight Details Page:

    • Click on the “View Details” icon next to the flight. This will open the detailed page for that flight.

    • Within the Setup Section, click on the button at the top of the page to download a .txt file containing the full list of tags for that specific flight.

If you want to download a single ad tag, you can do so directly from the Flight Details Page:

  • Within the Setup Section, locate the specific tag you need and click the Copy Icon to copy it to your clipboard. This method is ideal for quickly sharing a tag without downloading the entire file.

This comprehensive list is particularly useful for teams handling large-scale ad distributions or when sharing campaign details with external partners.
