What Media Plan Statuses Mean
Understanding the Key Stages of Media Plan in Aryel Ads Manager
Managing a successful ad campaign requires clear oversight of its progress, and in Aryel Ads Manager, media plan statuses help track key stages in the media planning and approval process. These statuses indicate whether a media plan proposal is under review, approved, or rejected, allowing you to take the appropriate actions to keep your campaign on track.
Status Definitions
In Approval: the media plan proposal has been created and is awaiting approval. You need to either approve or reject it before the campaign can go live.
During the approval phase, you can review one or more media plan proposals, analyzing each in detail to determine whether it aligns with your needs. This includes evaluating key factors such as goal settings, budget, target audience, and other essential aspects of media planning before making a final decision.Approved: the media plan proposal has been reviewed and accepted. Once approved, it will be used to deliver ads as planned.
Once you approve the media plan, you can access the campaign directly from the media plan page by clicking the “View Campaign” button located in the top-right corner.Rejected: the media plan proposal has been declined. A new proposal will need to be created to adjust the setup and proceed with campaign distribution.
If your media plan is rejected, we will review your feedback and provide a revised proposal that better aligns with your campaign objectives and requirements. You will still have access to all data from the rejected plan for reference and future adjustments.
