What Campaign and Flight Statuses Mean

In Aryel Ads Manager, campaign and flight statuses are essential for tracking progress and managing actions. Each status reflects the current stage of a flight or campaign, guiding you in decision-making and execution.

Flight Statuses

Flights, which represent individual phases of a campaign, can have one of the following five statuses:

• Draft: Indicates the flight is still in preparation, with no active actions available.

• Ready: Signifies the flight is fully prepared and awaiting launch; ad tags can be downloaded at this stage.

• Ongoing: Reflects the delivery phase, during which impressions are being served, and ad tags remain accessible.

• Ended: Marks a completed flight, with a detailed CSV report of performance available for download.

• Rejected: Denotes that the flight has been canceled, with no active actions possible.

Campaign Statuses

Campaign statuses depend on the combined statuses of the flights they include:

• If all flights are in Draft, Ready, Ended or Rejected the campaign reflects that same status.

• If at least one flight is Ongoing, the campaign will also appear as Ongoing.

• In mixed cases:

  • If no flights are ongoing but at least one is Ready, the campaign will show as Ready.

  • If no flights are ongoing or ready but at least one is in Draft, the campaign appears as Draft.

This hierarchy ensures that campaign statuses always reflect their actual progress.

Deep Dive into Flight Statuses

Draft & Rejected

At these stages:

• No active actions are available.

• You can access the Setup section but cannot:

  • Download reports or ad tags.

  • Copy ad tags.

  • Access the preview page.

  • Retrieve KPI metrics or AI Insights.

Ready

For flights in this status, you can:

• Download ad tags for use in the campaign's distribution.

• Access the Setup section with the ability to copy and preview ad tags.
  

• Access the Preview Demo Page to review the campaign setup and ensure everything is correct before launch.

Ongoing

During this stage, you have access to:

• Ad Tags to update or manage live placements.
  

• KPI Metrics, offering real-time data and trends to optimize the campaign.
  

• The Preview Page to review the campaign and ensure everything is correct in case of creative changes during flight period.
  

Ended

At this stage, you can:

• Download Reports, which provide detailed analytics of the campaign's results.
  
  

• Access KPI Metrics and AI Insights for evaluation and post-campaign analysis.
  

• Use the Preview Page for any potential use after the flight ends.
