Platform Overview
Dashboard
The dashboard is the entry page you see when logging in. It contains four different sections, each one with its specific purpose.
The first section provides you with an overview of the number of flights included in your account, the amount of used impressions and their percentage distribution among the several ad types.
The second one is a showcase of some of Aryel's creatives built for our clients.
The third one provides shortcuts to reach the flight details page that might need an action on your end (e.g. creative approval, report download, etc.).
The fourth one is dedicated to the pre-paid packages. It either invites you to buy one, to get the chance to benefit from our dedicated offer, or to monitor the residual impressions in your pre-paid package.
Navigation Menu
The navigation menu on the left side, allows you to access the following:
Dashboard
Campaigns List
Ad Gallery (external link)
Profile
Log Out
It starts in its expanded form, but you can collapse it at any time by using the button located at the middle of its height.
Campaigns List
Upon accessing this section, you’ll see a list of advertisers with active, in-progress, or completed campaigns.
For each of them you've got the following data:
Advertiser Name
Booked Impressions
Delivered Impressions
Number of Campaigns
Number of Flights
The list can be filtered by advertiser name using the search field available in the top right corner.
Advertiser Section
Each advertiser has its own section with a list of campaigns, which can be accessed by simply clicking on the advertiser name. Here, you can view the current status, included flights, total and by-flight duration, and booked impressions.
The list can be filtered by:
Campaign name - using the search field.
Duration - using the set interval option. By using this option the list will only display the campaigns/flights with dates contained in the defined time frame.
The ‘Expand’ button on each campaign and flight allows you to access the relevant details.
The action button varies depending on the status of the campaign/flight:
"Ended": Report button to download a detailed csv with the tracked events data.
"Ongoing" & "Ready": Ad Tags button to download a txt with the list of ad tags for the whole campaign/flight.
"Draft" & "Rejected": Button disabled.
Campaign Details
The details page of the campaign contains a column listing all the included flights: each one displaying the relevant status, name, amount of ad tags included and available action (i.e. view, export tags, view analytics, export report). If the campaign contains at least one ongoing or ended flight, in the campaign overview you will also have the global metrics available.
You can access details of each flight by selecting the relevant card. For each flight specific actions are available according to its status:
Flight “Draft”: The creative production is in progress and not yet ready for sharing. You can view the list of creative, each one with the ad tags included.
Flight “Ready”: Everything is set! You can preview the creatives and download the ad tags needed for distribution.
Flight “Ongoing”: Distribution is in progress. You can download necessary ad tags, view the preview, and monitor metrics related to the flight’s KPIs.
Flight “Ended”: Distribution is complete. You can view the preview, see flight KPIs, and download a CSV report with all recorded metrics.
Flight "Rejected": Denotes that the flight has been canceled, with no active actions possible.
Demo Page
For each campaign, you can access a demo page with a preview of all included ad tags by clicking the "Preview" button in the top-right corner.
This page can be shared externally with individuals who do not have access to the Ads Manager account and is also accessible on mobile devices.
The demo page is organized into several expandable sections, each dedicated to a flight and listing the ad tags included in that flight. When a flight contains ad tags assigned to different creatives, the relevant section is divided into subsections for each creative, with ad tags grouped accordingly.
At the top-left, you can switch between list and tile views to change the layout of the ad tag display.
For each ad tag card, two actions are available:
Clicking the arrow icon takes you to the tag’s preview page.
Clicking the link icon copies the URL for that specific tag preview.
The ad tag preview page contains two main sections:
Left Panel: Lists all ad tags for the selected flight, allowing you to navigate between them.
Preview Area: Shows a demo version of the selected ad for preview purposes.
When available, a toggle switch lets you view the banner in both mobile and desktop layouts to see how it will appear on different devices.
Profile and Invitations
The profile page can be accessed by clicking on the circle with your initials at the bottom of the navigation menu.
Here, you can manage your profile by:
Updating User Details: Edit your name, surname, and password. Note that the username is unique to the account and cannot be changed.
Inviting Team Members: To invite team members to collaborate on the platform, simply enter their email address, and an invitation email will be sent to grant them access. They must use the same email address provided in the invitation to log in successfully.
You can revoke a collaborator's access at any time by clicking the trash icon next to their name. For those who have not yet accepted the invite, you can resend the invitation email by clicking on the envelope icon.
