How to Manage Collaboratos
Learn How to Invite or Revoke Access to Other Collaborators
If you need to grant access to your Ads Manager platform to team members, you can easily invite them as collaborators. This allows them to use their own profiles while being linked to your account, ensuring smooth and secure collaboration.
Steps to Invite a Team Member to Ads Manager
Access Your Profile Section
Begin by navigating to the profile section. You can find this option by clicking the button located on the left sidebar of the Ads Manager interface.Send an Invitation
Once on your profile page, look for the "Invite new" button in the right-hand section. Click on it, and a form will appear. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite into the designated field and confirm.Invitation Email Sent
After sending the invitation, you’ll see the status next to their email address as "Waiting" until the invitee accepts it. The invitee will receive an email invitation to join your Ads Manager account. If they do not receive it within a few minutes, click the "Resend" icon next to the waiting status tag in the invitations list to send another email.Joining the Team
Upon receiving the invitation, the invitee should click on the "Join the Dream Team" button in the email. They will be prompted to set up their profile information, such as their username and password. Once they’ve completed this step, they should click "Join Team" to finalize the process.Collaborator Access
After joining, the team member can log in to the Ads Manager platform using their own credentials. Their access will be linked to your account, and you will see their name listed under the team members section of your profile page.
Once you add a collaborator, you can revoke their access at any time by clicking on the trash icon and removing them from the list of members.
By following these steps, you can easily manage your team’s access to the Ads Manager platform, ensuring everyone has the tools they need while maintaining control over the account.
