With the preview sharing feature, you can provide a link that allows others to view your campaign content without requiring them to log in to an Ads Manager account. This is ideal for sharing with clients, stakeholders, or team members for review and feedback.
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to share the campaign preview:
Log in to the Ads Manager platform.
Find the relevant campaign flight you wish to share. Click the row associated with the specific campaign.
Once you’re in the flight details, if the flight is in Ongoing, On Hold, or Ended status, clicking the Preview button will open a dropdown menu that allows you to choose between two types of demo pages: the Creatives-Demo Page and the Insights-Demo Page.
Choosing the Creatives-Demo Page will take you to the demo environment containing only the creative previews, organized by flight and complete with all available preview actions.
If you need to share a preview of all flights within the campaign, click on the relevant link icon at the top of the page. This option generates a single link that provides access to a demo page for all flights in the campaign.
To share a demo for a particular ad tag within a campaign, locate the tag within the Setup section and click the link icon next to it. This will generate a link that gives a direct access to the specific tag’s preview.
Alternatively, you can access the ad tag preview page and from there select the link icon to copy the URL.
Choosing the Insights-Demo Page (Insights mode) will instead open a demo environment that, in addition to the creative previews, includes a KPI tab.
Additionally, by clicking the Manage preview modes button, you can create a custom Demo Page view, allowing you to choose exactly what to show when sharing the link.
Clicking this button opens a modal. From here, click Create new to assign a name to your custom mode and select which sections to make visible.
By default, the creative preview page is always shown, but you can also choose to display the KPI Tab and the Brand Lift Studies Tab (where applicable). Furthermore, for campaigns with multiple flights and tags, you can select specific flights or drill down to a granular level to select individual ad tags to display.
Once you have configured your view, click Create preview. This custom version will be added to a list of all your custom demo pages, where you can easily edit or delete them at any time.
Once saved, these custom demo pages will be accessible directly from the dropdown menu when clicking the Preview button, right below the standard Creative and Insights modes options.
This KPI view works in the same way as the KPI tab in the Flight Detail Page in Ads Manager, allowing you to share campaign performance data together with the creatives.
By using the Copy Link button in the top-right corner, you can generate a shareable URL and send it to your teammates, clients, or stakeholders.

By providing a direct link, you ensure that your collaborators can view and give feedback on the content and performance without needing an account, saving time and simplifying the review process.
