What Is a DSP?
Automating Ad Purchases, Real-Time Bidding, and Audience Targeting for Effective Campaigns

A DSP, or Demand Side Platform, is a tool used by advertisers to automate the purchase of digital ad spaces via a real-time bidding process. This purchase often spans across various ad inventory sources, such as websites, mobile apps, videos, and other digital channels.
DSPs assist brands and agencies (on the demand side) in determining which ad impressions to buy and at what price (on the supply side). Advertisers have the ability to target specific audiences based on demographics, buying patterns, browsing behavior, and many other indicators.
