Why Am I Getting an Error When Duplicating a Campaign?
Understand Possible Causes and How to Fix Issues During Campaign Duplication
🔍 What’s the Problem?
If you’re experiencing issues when duplicating a campaign — such as an infinite loading screen or a specific error message (e.g., “Uncaught exception: contact us and provide this code…”) — it could be due to incomplete elements within the campaign setup.
🛠️ Common Cause: Incomplete Interactions
The most common reason for duplication errors is the presence of incomplete interactions in one or more elements of your campaign (e.g. a Sound interaction with no file, a Click interaction without a defined action, etc.).
These incomplete settings may prevent the system from correctly cloning the campaign.
✅ How to Check and Fix It
Open the campaign you’re trying to duplicate.
Check all elements (3D models, text, images, etc.) for assigned interactions.
Remove or complete any unfinished interactions.
Save the campaign and try duplicating again.
