Transforming Objects: Scale, Position & Rotation
How to Resize, Move and Rotate Objects in Scene
Any object you add to an Aryel campaign can be transformed by scaling, rotating, or moving its position in the scene. Let's take a look at how to do this.
Scaling an object
To make an object smaller or larger than its original size, first select the object by tapping or clicking its name under the "Objects in AR scene section" and then go to the Properties tab.
By default, all 3 axis are selected (Keep proportions), so the object is constrained to scale equally across each axis. If you don't want to scale equally, simply toggle the flag button.
Once you have the axis you want to scale selected, scroll up or down using your mouse, to change increase or decrease the size of the object along each chosen axis.
When you have the size you want, then tap the Save button to the bottom to go back to main object edit mode.
Rotating an object
To change the rotation of an object across any axis, in object Properties mode, select the object you want to rotate, then scroll on Rotate from the options on the right of the campaign builder.
You can rotate the object around a single axis at a time. Select the axis you want to rotate around and scroll up or down using your mouse to change the rotation direction around the selected axis.
When you have completed rotating the object, tap the Save button to the bottom to go back to the main object edit mode.
Moving an object
To move an object from the original position you placed it when you added it to your scene, first select the object you want to move, and then go to the Properties tab.
You can move the object along a single axis at a time. Select the axis you want to move along and scroll up or down using your mouse, to change the position along the selected axis.
When you have completed moving the object, tap the Save button to the bottom to go back to the main object edit mode.
