Release Notes March 2025

We're thrilled to roll out new updates aimed at improving your campaign management experience! This month, we've introduced the Creatives Page to help you organize and preview all your creative assets with ease, the Ad Gallery to explore real client projects for inspiration, and a new Support Chat Widget to get real-time help anytime you need it. These features are here to make your workflow smoother, more intuitive, and even more effective.

Creatives Page 🎨

The Creatives Page is designed to centralize all the creative assets in your account, making it easier to manage and access them efficiently. This section ensures that you can quickly find and preview creatives, streamlining your workflow and optimizing your campaign setup.

Navigating the Creatives Page

When you first land on the Creatives Page, you'll see a structured view similar to the Campaigns List Page. Here, all creatives are neatly organized into folders, each corresponding to an advertiser. Next to each folder, you’ll find a counter indicating the number of available creatives for that specific advertiser.

Accessing Advertiser-Specific Creatives

Clicking on an advertiser takes you to a dedicated overview page displaying all the creatives associated with that advertiser. If you're managing a large number of creatives, you can use the search bar to quickly locate a specific creative by name.

Creative Demo and Detailed Insights

Selecting a creative brings you to a detailed demo page, where you can visualize the creative in three different formats:

Creative only – View the raw creative without any placement context.
Mockup - Mobile – See how the creative appears within a mobile ad placement.
Mockup - Desktop – Preview the creative in a desktop ad environment.

In the top-right corner, you'll find a copy URL button, allowing you to easily share the preview link with your account’s collaborators. 

On the left-hand side, a panel provides key details about the creative. You will find the Creative Name and Ad Type, along with distinctive attributes, each with predefined values, such as Size and Country, enabling you to filter and refine your view based on different targeting criteria.

Additionally, you have an option to check where the creative is being used by clicking on the "Campaigns" link. This opens a panel displaying a clickable list of all associated campaigns, which specifically reference the Ad Tag currently being viewed, allowing you to navigate directly to each campaign’s detailed page for further insights.

Ad Gallery 🎞️

The Ad Gallery is a curated collection of standout creatives from real campaigns developed with our clients. Its purpose is to inspire your next project by showcasing innovative executions and demonstrating how different creative formats come to life.

The Ad Gallery is presented as a clean, scrollable list of creative cards, each representing a different past project carried out with our clients. At the top right of the page, you'll find a search bar that allows you to quickly locate creatives by name. Each card also features a three dots menu, which opens a dropdown menu that lets you access the preview page of the selected creative. Alternatively, clicking directly on a card will also take you to the preview page where the selected creative is brought to life.

On this page, you can view the creative in three different formats to better understand how it adapts across placements: raw creative, mobile and desktop mockup.

Customize Your View

To the left of the page, you’ll find a control panel that lets you explore the creative’s variations. By adjusting the creative attributes, such as size or country, you can instantly see how the asset updates based on the selected settings.

Quick Sharing Options

In the top-right corner of the preview page, you’ll find two handy tools: a copy URL button, so you can share the preview with teammates and a QR Code generator, allowing you to test the experience on mobile.

Introducing the Support Chat Widget 💬

We know how important it is to have quick and easy access to assistance when managing your advertising campaigns. That’s why we’ve introduced a support chat widget in the Ads Manager. Now, whenever you have a question or face an issue, you can reach our support team directly via chat without leaving the platform.

The widget is available on every page of the Ads Manager, ensuring that help is always just a click away. Simply describe your question or concern, and our team will provide you with prompt assistance to resolve the issue efficiently. 

With this new addition, getting the support you need has never been easier. No more delays—just fast, effective solutions whenever you need them!
