This month's enhancements focus on giving you access to all the data you need to manage your campaigns in real-time and make adjustments as needed. Expect a more seamless, intuitive, and engaging journey as we continue to refine and improve our services.
Performance & Events – Enhanced KPI Monitoring 📊
To give you deeper insights and greater control over your campaign performance, Aryel has introduced two new tracking tabs within the KPI Monitoring Page: Performance and Events. These tabs are available in the KPI section under each individual tag. These additions enable more granular tracking and optimization, ensuring you can make data-driven decisions with ease.
Performance Tab
The Performance tab provides a detailed, daily record of key performance indicators (KPIs) for each tag in your campaign, helping you monitor real-time visibility and analyze trends for more effective decision-making. You can track key metrics such as:
Impressions – The number of times your creative is displayed.
Viewability – The percentage of impressions where your creative was visible based on industry standards.
Engagement Rate (ER) – The ratio of engaged interactions relative to total impressions.
Click-Through Rate (CTR) – The percentage of users who clicked on your ad after viewing it.
To further refine your analysis, the Performance Tab supports custom date filtering, allowing you to assess data over specific time periods and identify patterns more effectively.
Events Tab
The Events tab provides a detailed breakdown of user interactions beyond standard impression data. By tracking specific actions within your creative content, this feature allows you to gauge engagement and optimize accordingly.
The events tracked vary depending on the type of creative in your campaign. Some common event types include:
Content-drive click–The number of times users click on specific interactive elements.
Video Engagements – Actions such as play, pause, and video completion rates.
Virtual Try-On (VTO) Usage – Tracking user interactions with augmented reality (AR) features.
With these new features, you can fine-tune your campaigns with precise, data-driven refinements that help you enhance your campaign’s effectiveness.
CSV Report Download Now Available for Ongoing Flights 📥
You can now download CSV reports even while a flight is "ongoing", giving you access to campaign data throughout the entire delivery phase. The “Download Report” button, conveniently located in the top right section of the page, is easily accessible for a quick download of flight data during its delivery.
Ad Tags Relocation
If you still need to download flight tags while your campaign is ongoing, don’t worry! This functionality has simply moved. You can now find the Ad Tags download option within the “Setup” tab, alongside the DSP selection. This keeps everything in one place, making your workflow smoother and more intuitive.
