Why Can’t I Download Ad Tags for My Flight?

Downloading ad tags is essential for managing and distributing your campaigns, but in some cases, you may find that the "Download Ad Tag" button is inactive. This is due to specific restrictions based on the activation type or the status of the flight. Below are the most common reasons why ad tags may not be available for download:

1. The activation type is set to "Direct" : when you choose the "Direct" activation type, downloading ad tags is not possible because distribution is exclusively managed by Aryel. While you may still see the "Download Ad Tag" button in your Ads Manager, clicking it will not trigger a download.

2. The flight is in "Draft" status: if your flight is still in Draft, it means the creative is not ready for distribution yet. Ad tags become available only when the creative is ready.

3. The flight has been "Rejected": if your flight has been Rejected, it will not be distributed, and as a result, ad tags cannot be downloaded.

4. The flight is in "On Hold" status: which means that the flight delivery has been temporarily paused. You will be able to download ad tags again when the status changes to “Ongoing”.
