If you're utilizing Blender and exporting 3D assets with a compression, most likely you're using a Draco compression.
It's essential to note that the Aryel platform may not consistently support this compression format at the moment. In fact, currently the product visualization based on surface placing is the only campaign type where Draco-compressed assets can be used. For all other campaigns, uncompressed 3D assets should be utilized.
